Roger M. Rosen graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1985, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, an editor of the Handbook of Appellate Advocacy (West Publishing Co. 2d ed.), and a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Mariana Pfaelzer, United States District Court, Central District of California, 1984. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern University in 1976, with Highest Distinction.

Joyce Mendlin's practice over the last 45 years has included trust and estates litigation, real property litigation and business litigation. In select cases, she has represented clients for personal injuries. She has extensive jury trial and bench trial experience in her areas of
practice. She has served as a volunteer mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court after
completing the 42-hour Strauss Dispute Resolution training. Since a majority of cases do settle, knowledge and skill in the area of dispute resolution can be of great help in litigation.

Charles B. Rosenberg is a graduate of Antioch College and Harvard Law School (1971), where he was an editor of the Law Review. Mr. Rosenberg currently advises businesses.
Earlier in his career, he was the credited script consultant to several prime-time TV shows,
including LA Law, The Practice and Boston Legal. He has also taught extensively as an adjunct law professor, including at Loyola, UCLA, Pepperdine, Southwestern and the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
